Referral Program Terms

1. Overview

The Wombat™ Refer a Mate program rewards suppliers for referring other tradies to the platform. Both the referrer and the referred supplier receive $100 in promotional lead credit when the referral qualifies.

2. Eligibility

• The referrer must be an active, verified supplier on The Wombat™ with an account status of "Active"
• The referred supplier must be a new supplier who has not previously registered on The Wombat™
• Self-referrals are not permitted (same email address or ABN)
• The referrer and the referred supplier must be separate legal entities

3. How It Works

• Share your unique referral link, found in your supplier dashboard
• When your referred supplier signs up and completes their first auto-renewal payment, both accounts are credited $100 in promotional lead credit
• Credits are applied automatically — no action is required after sharing your link

4. Credit Terms

• Referral credits are promotional credits, not cash
• Referral credits are non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn as cash
• Credits can only be used to purchase leads on The Wombat™ platform
• Credits have no expiry date while your account remains active
• If your account is closed, unused referral credits are forfeited. Standard prepaid lead credits may be refunded per our standard terms, but promotional credits are excluded from refunds

5. Limits & Restrictions

• There is no cap on the number of referrals you can make
• The Wombat™ reserves the right to withhold or reverse referral credits if fraud, abuse, or manipulation is detected
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit the referral program will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all credits

6. Qualifying Payment

The referred supplier must complete their first auto-renewal payment (not the initial signup bundle) for the referral credit to be issued. This ensures the referred supplier is an active, genuine user of the platform.

If the referred supplier's account is suspended or closed before their first auto-renewal, no credit is issued to either party.

7. Changes to the Program

• The Wombat™ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program at any time
• Changes will be communicated via the supplier dashboard
• Existing earned credits will be honoured
