If a lead has wrong contact details or is otherwise invalid, you can request a rejection from your dashboard within 5 days of receiving it. Approved rejections credit the full lead cost back to your prepaid balance automatically.

Yes. Set daily and weekly caps, including caps by lead type, and pause automatic delivery anytime. These limits apply to assigned leads. Leads you choose to take from the Open Leads board can exceed your automatic delivery caps.
